And I did look at the war, the Russian aircraft were better, but against American and British planes from the 40s! As an attack heli the Apache is obviously the best. But overall I'd go with the Blackhawk, it's one of the most versatile helicopter designs ever. It can be equipped to carry troops, carry cargo, provide recon, be armed for attack, etc.

Mi-28NE is what is in use for VVS and export models all include superb radar, counter electronics and upgraded weapons systems that make Ah-64 a thing of the past. Not to mention higher ceiling, faster speed -agility bout the same but an ejection system second to none. This gives Havoc pilots a second chance as Apache's would be forced to rescue.

They are completely different all three.

The Apache is a pure attack-heli, supposed to pave the way for the Blackhawks, so these can go in and land their infantry.

The Hind is both. It does it's own paving, lands the troops and goes up to cover them. That is why it is so much bigger and heavier armoured than the Apache. I know Rambo shot one down with bow and arrow, but you are all allowed a reality-check before posting.

Instead, the F-22 was in fact beaten in a multitude of tests. Something like 8 - 3 to the Eurofighter I believe.

The ugraded SuperHind by ATE systems is a huge improvement, still technically a Hind, to the MI-24, and I would IMAGINE that in a cannon-cannon battle the SuperHind might have a fighting chance... I can't get much info at all on the web but from what i've seen the Vektor 30mm it uses has a higher Rate of fire than the M230, (has a surpressor too, not that that matters), but the Super I think has a better power-weight ratio too! UH-60 is not attack, "U" stands for Utility. MH-60L/K  DAP is. Though only one unit, 160th SOAR, in US military uses them, and only one platoon from each company is DAP birds. Almost all UH-60's can have the External Stores Support System (the wings) installed, but it's for extended range fuel tanks ONLY. In fact the DAP birds don't have fuel hook ups in the wings, and use internal Robertson tanks installed against the bulckhead in the back.
