WTF! (almost) everything is wrong, and even a newbie like me knows that:

- to few water (you must consider about 1L/100g of spaghetti)

- the kind of salt influences the taste of the pasta. You should consider using rock sea salt

- you shouldn't keep stirring the pasta (OK, do it once or twice, but that' s all)

- 13min is way too much time, for most of the pasta. Cooking time is written on the pasta box, is a good indication, but you may have to try.

- sorry but this is not home made spaghetti
