I am unbelievably behind on videos but wanted to pop in to say CONGRATS on the awesome wt loss! You are an inspiration. I probably could use a carb cleansing right about now. I swore I wouldn't do the pouch test but maybe I will give it a shot just to jump start things. I've been the same wt for 3 months now!
