Worst is I/o 34.7 stalker II handheld. CHP uses them and it's hard to pick up. They tap that trigger so fast, my 9500ci barely catches it. Quick trigger I/o will kill ya.Lol had maybe 1/10 mile to slow down, thought my 9500ci was giving me an error but no, it was doing its job. I think he was hiding in the tall grass on th
So a nearby antenna at a harmonic will actually absorb the RF. If you had a similar dipole it would make a dead zone in front of your car. Now Im not saying it would look nice or even be more than conceptual but you could ground it out and let it absorb the incomming RF and channel it to chassis ground. You could stack a few of them and it would probably look like a roof rack full of fishin poles.
Binoculars, a simple non tech tool often overlooked. Honestly I can't say its my idea. I have a friend who as a child was forced to look for the cops for his old man whenever they drove up north. So one time I brought a pair and said lol just like the old man used to make you eh... anyway you can EASILY spot the municipal plates on the undercover rolling with traffic in front of you.
@AskHack Actually that would be a great idea for up north where it is super flat. Now it's just getting my wife to be the spotter that will be tough, LOL.
@rockyb8663 yea my wife won't spot either, I already tried, plus when shes with we usually have the kiddo. the bike cops around chicago *love* to snug the median and hide in the overpass shadows with their stalker lidar binoculars. EX2 makes that a non issue however man the I/O radar is your death. I have created a dead zone in front of my house on accident with an antenna I have. Its so messed up I can TX 50 watts and it goes nowhere. Simlar dead zone on 35ghz would make you stealth.

Ridiculous spot, why'd he wait so long to hit you? Did you spot him before he hit you?
