  • Sends shivers down my back. Great video.

Father fought and died in the Croatian war of independence.

  • For me, this is a tribute not only to those who have fallen, in Afghanistan, and their families, it is a tribute to all Canadian men and women who have served this country in defense of it's ideals. I am grateful to all of you, for your bravery and sacrifice. I am grateful to your families who have represented dignity and strength in the face of unimanigeable grief. Thank you for Matt for this poignant and moving reminder of the true cost of war.

  • Thank you - very very moving.

  • To my fellow brothers-in-arms...May God watch over you and keep you safe. War changes a person...makes you re-evaluate your life and re-prioritize what is and isn't necessarily important. It makes you appreciate what you have, who you love, and where you live. It also brings a sense of deep respect for those who paid the ultimate price for freedom. From a US warrior...God bless my Canadian brothers and thank you for covering our flank. May peace soon prevail!

  • I taught your Brother in Basic.

    Take care.

  • Thank you , and I hope you remember only the Good stuff

  • Your video was Simplistic, Powerful and Moving. The use of the Monocromatic background with colour where it truely had the most meaning was brilliant, the ending was poetic. I am Honoured to have it linked with my posted video.

  • I thank you for the words and for allowing me to link this video to yours which I hope will allow more people to see the other side of our fallen.

    Thanks again

    Matt

  • Patriotism. Sacrifice. Heroism. Honorable. Righteous. Nobody else in the world apllies these actions and traits as much as a soldier. They are doin what is right, because it is right. And those who died, died doing wat is right. Remember, respect, and honor them. God bless soldiers and their families everywhere.

  • Fantastic job Matt

  • A beautiful video to honor our fallen soldiers. My heart breaks each time I see another casket being lowered back onto Canadian soil.

Many prayers to their families as well as our soldiers who are still serving in the middle east.

May those who have lost there lives rest in peace and may their families find comfort in their memory during these difficult times.

  • I suggest clicking the HQ button, let it load for a min, HQ takes a bit longer but the pic qual is a very nice. Hope you like this new video also.
