This movie delayed Halo the movie. WTF! Seriously Peter Jackson could have easily gotten the funding for Halo made it and with the insuing hundreds of millions of dollars Halo would make, based on the huge fan base and the desire for every Halo player to see a live action Halo movie, make stuff like this. But no they instead release this Men in Black meets Robocop mixed with Independance Day and a hint of Spiderman. Just make Halo for Christ's sake that is what the fans really want not this!

It makes me a little sad that this is a preview for what looks like a good movie and people just keep talking about the Halo movie rumor. Blomkamp already did a series of movie shorts based on Halo. They are about 8 minutes long together. They're on youtube! Such is the bane that is pop culture. This isn't going to usher the way for a "Halo" movie.

Just want to make this clear fro everyone: The halo movie was going to be directed by Neil Blomkamp, but the sponsors didn't want him to make it because he had no movie directing experience. So that's why they're making this movie. Neil is going to do most of the work in both movies - jackson is just giving him support. So Jackson won't be the main director of any of these movies.
