the nurses working in aged care, are being ripped off. The AIN'S mainly with cert iii in aged care qualifications, get paid a lousy 16 or $17 an hour. I wonder if Whitlam's nurses are getting underpaid? I bet they're not. The assistant in nursing nurses are the front line direct nursing, hands on personnel who are at the coalface of the aged care day today operations. They are the ones who do the very unpleasant tasks of cleaning up the residents after there have been to the toilet etc
