man my classs is reading a class book called Ashes of Roses and in social studies were learning about this topic and watched this clip and it just makes you think about how cruel some people are and all for money...

Uprising a book by Margaret Haddix is about the Triangle fire, everyone should read it. Can you believe it was a 100 years ago. Stupid greedy bosses locking the doors on the workers, but how could they have know? R.I.P to the workers who lost their lives. It's saddening to think that the only hope left was to jump, seeing their death flying up at them... Or not even bothering to tell the 9th floor. That could have saved more lives.
