@tampabaynews I`ve already sold mine,...but Im just curious just incase I run into anouther one of these, do you have sound ? that was one of the biggest issues I had. and mine was just an 512 mb. which is kinda small. infact just today i was looking at the news paper and you can get a 4gb with 1TB hard drive for like 389 bucks I mean thats a hard price to beat right there. I know when i put my toughbook up for sale I couldnt hardly give it away. i didnt make not one cent profit off of it.

@ROCKO633 I have sound, no issues with that. The fact is this laptop is meant for people who work in professions that may involve serious wear and tear on the laptop, hence ToughBook. It's not meant to be lightning fast with stock parts, but if you know what you're doing and make some upgrades, it can be the best and most sturdy laptop you've ever had. I find that the $200 laptops like to crash a lot for no apparent reason. I can use my TB in the rain and it won't even blink.

I don't think he's really a show off, and yea at one point in time it was 8500 bucks. But see you could make a video of a laptop from 1998 and people will still say hey your a show off. Realistically were all show offs, especially to other countries but who gives...

Nice CF-29, you should of tried to get the one with built in wifi, I just ordered a used CF-29 has wifi but needs a bit of work, you should also try Linux.
