@nightcats Thanks...Also, will the pointsetta keep its shape over time or do you need some kind of spray over top of it? Would love to see some of your bead work as well. Thanks again
@11marylena The poinsettia keeps it shape unless of course you put a telephone book on top of it! LOL I don't actually do real bead work -- my eyesight is not good enough for such fine work. I do a little with beads to add centers to flowers and so forth.
Very helpful informative video, and what I like so much is that it is easy to understand, and uses things that many of us have around the house. So thanks very much, I'll be watching for more of your video's!
This is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing this with me; I'm getting my mom to start scrapping with me and she is crazy about flowers - this will be a great thing for us to learn to do together :)
Thank You for sharing your ideas. The flowers are lovely. I look forward to making my first paper flowers. I also looked into @sonofjd and you're right, he doesn't seem the type to write something so hateful. I'm sorry that happened to you. Clearly, whomever wrote it is mistaken. I hope you have a wonderful day.
@sonofjd I took a look at your profile and I think someone must be using your account. Surely a talented and creative man like yourself doesn't leave these sorts of messages.
Thank you for sharing your talent! You were very clear in voice and showing what you did! I have one question...did you use the same punch for all flowers?
Nice! It's funny my mum and I have had this punch for years and never 'tizzied' them up at all, yet I do with like my Tim Holtz flowers. I'll be sure to try some of these the next time I have my hands on the punch :)
Brilliant video. I found this really informative - thank you. I often make cards with flowers and usually use glitter or shiny card to add an interest to them - like you I cut out three flowers and layer them. I usually use a crystal brad for the middle but for smaller flowers use a small stick on fake crystal. I sometimes thread small beads on a wire and twisting it around the flowers - looks really nice.
Lovely!!!!!! I really wanted to find a way to make simple gifts with all the leftover paper I have and a flower punch laying around. I also have tons of vintage buttons that I found in a fleamarket. Ihad all this things and no imagination at all. And the Ifound you!!!! Well I know waht to do with it now.
Thank You and keep your crafts coming, I'll be watching your videos from now on!! Some more ideas with recycling things laying around in the house perhaps. thank you again!
Thanks. I'm sure your flowers will be gorgeous. Vintage buttons, no less! How lovely. Interesting you request a video using recycled household items. I am currently making a project that uses inserts placed in a box of cookware. Stay tuned. :-)
Wow!! Truly beautiful! I've owned this same flower punch for a year or more and really didn't think about it making more than the simple flower it can punch!!
You make lovely flowers with such ease! You inspire me! I love your kindness and gentleness!! (((((hugs))))) Thank you!!
THANK YOU, very nice of you to take the time to show us how to do this very cool craft, I will be doing some with my girls next week, I need to get some materials. Can you do full carnations, I would like to use paper carnations to do a pomander balls for my brothers wedding, cheaper then flowers and just as pretty, Thank you, you are very talented. Keep us thinking.
I didn't mean that sorry, It was my sister who wrote it. See she's obssesed with Harry Potter so she knows about everything about it and she owns all the books. I truly apologize for that, this is why I don't let her on my account heheh..
Thanks for your lovely comment. I like these flowers too. I haven't made any tutorials for a few weeks due to being preoccupied with other things, but I intend to do more shortly

Your tutorial was awesome. It was straight forward and to the point. Loved it! I can't wait to try this ... hopefully I have that punch in my collection!
I really like your flowers. Just wondering what card stock you used to make them and did you ink them up yourself? Thanks :)

@11marylena It was a while ago, but I believe I used scrapbook paper and touched it up a bit with ink.
