It is all a single juggle. The final hitis supposed to Bound the opponent yet it slammed Paul down on the ground. Law had used Bound earlier, so if it was a tech trap then that last hit would have Bound.
So yes, it's not a tech trap. It's an actual juggle.

well if its all in a single juggle the hit at 1:07 would not bound as he had already been bound at 1:02

it's not a combo, the paul player just didn't tech roll so the second hit on f+2,2 hit him which made him float again
