In the US is a show that is VERY popular with kids and teens.

In the show are 2 boys named Bart Simpson and Millhouse.

A running gag is that Bart keeps calling the owner of a bar again and again to make him say something really stupid and embarass himself to the guys in the bar.

At the end, Bart lets Moe know that he's been had again.

The game is, to count the Moes that embarass themselves.
