Alright, now that I cool down my temper little bit, let me explain to you in simple English (in case you are not Jamaican) what is happening in this video. You have a tour guide who obviously takes pride in her country and enjoys showing it to a couple of tourists who are clearly respectful and nice people. What u think she should do? Spend the whole tour lecturing them about neocolonialism and inequality? That's not the only thing going on in Jamaica you know.

Here's my point: These tourists are not oppressors or evil slave masters; they are just ordinary people going on a vacation and want learn about Jamaica. The tour guide is not a puppet or a slave; she is showing them her country and taking pride in that. You have a problem with that?

I have to rate the gyal for effort. She just isn`t giving detail but still has an broad idea of what she a talk bout. Obeah, Pocomania, Samataria in Cuba, Voodoo in Hati have there roots from Africa. Jamaica is fabulous Great video. Please note a lot of info is distorted, half of a full story and parts are also exagerated. If any one part the info strikes you as interesting please research it further before you repeat it. I.E african is not a language, the countinent has 0.8 billion citizens over 50 countries and 1,000s of languages nigeria alone has over 200.maroons do interact outside of their borders(the have their own legal land like their own country) but they work and do stuff outside
