@OHNOMICHAELJACKSON I think it's simply a matter of avoiding sustained damage...if you notice at around the 5 minute mark, the screen flashes red and a heartbeat sound plays - that's probably the warning that you're close to death, but if you avoid damage for a few seconds, your heath refills automatically. Just a guess though, since I haven't played the game yet.
