  • dude you should do beast body building challenge that he just put up

  • im 15, in my sophomore year, i play on varsity football, so is a 305 bench and a 395 squat good . and i weight 205

  • Way to go . I see you have gotten stronger. I just posted 225 x 37 reps and 315 x 17 reps. Going for 5 bills next.

  • Still dunking, or just getting stronger?! I just posted some new vids (9'3" and 9'9") Funny, I can still get my head about at 9' when dunking on a low rim. Pushing 35 yrs, so I consider getting fancy or dunking with authority on any rim nicely over 9' is decent jumping. I gotta get up 32" just to dunk on 9' good. Nice lifts man. I still hit the weights but not that heavy.

  • your getting some good reps in brother.

  • Nice sets randy! looks like the rest helped...Congrats on the Pr! maybe u should take vaca's more often =o lol

  • GOOD STUFF AS USUAL!

  • @saborn11

I hear ya...it usually takes me a few weeks to get back to feeling strong again on the bench. We'll see how it goes this time around...

    Thanks for the comment.

  • solid

  • @twinturboedm3

    Thanks bro - much appreciated.

  • 330 x 8 x 2 is great way to come back from vaca! you're looking a little leaner too, dieting?

  • @j0540212

Dieting?! That's just crazy-talk...ha, ha. Nothings changed as far as eating goes for me...must be the camera angle or something...ha.

    Thanks Josh...hopefully more to come.

  • You will hit 430 very soon, i did 430 when i nailed 330 x 10.

  • @franco18grant

Yeah, I am not that close right now...I might have 330 lbs x 9 on a good day (maybe even 10), but my repping always WAY outpaces my maxes. I would probably have to hit 335 lbs x 10, or even 340 lbs x 10 before I could hit 430 lbs for a single. We'll see I guess...

    How's your benching coming?

  • @BRETZERR fair enough, its going no where at the moment, ive been very busy with work and my girlfriend so training has been put on the back foot, havent been eating well maybe 2000 cals per day so ive also droped down to 215lbs and of course am not supplementing with any assistance etc.. so in short im at my weakest for about a year as far as benching goes.. however i start bulking back up on the 16th of auguest in prep for a strongman comp, so itl come back quick!

  • @saborn11 Heh, I have those feeling too at first... but within a couple of workouts I'm usually back to where I was, and often I'm hitting new PR's. I look at it like this... even if you lost some muscle, your nervous system and ligaments still have the capability in them, so it just takes a short time for the muscle to catch up once again.

  • Still did good considering your long break, good job Randy

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert

Thanks Robert. I appreciate the comments. I just watched your bench vid's...nice to see you posted some flat bench. Congrat's on the 360 lb flat and close-grip maxes. Looked very good. Can't wait to see you get 380 lbs! Keep training hard.

  • Good stuff as usual, welcome back

  • @Successbound1

    Thanks bro - much appreciated.

  • how did you get so strong bud?

  • @Bashedyourfacein

Just time in the weight room my friend...I have been working out since I was 10. Slow and steady improvements over time...

    Thanks for the comments.

  • you're strong as hell

  • @quincyonq

Ha, ha...thanks. Getting a little stronger each time out...
