Very odd how Sega originally started making a Virtua Fighter RPG for Saturn, and it turned into Shenmue and was moved to the Dreamcast, then several years later they took another crack at a VF RPG and it's completely different from the original Saturn beta.
@laahah1 It's okay for the GameCube, but then again, GameCube didn't have too many RPGs. It had good ones, sure, but RPGs were in fairly limited demand.
It has cool music, but otherwise, it's very average, with a generic story. It's playable, but I wouldn't say it's "fun". It's decent for one playthrough, so I'd say it isn't really boring, but there were times where I just wanted to get the game over with.
What was originally supposed to be Virtua Fighter RPG somehow became a different game. And it's a game done by TOSE, who also developed the PS2 version of F355 Challenge.

The game is known in Japan as Virtua Fighter Cyber Generation: Ambition of the Judgement Six.
