when i have to do this drill, the other players of the team have to score 20 goals at the other end of the court. The 2 with the highest amount of lay ups made can rest a bit whil the other has to run a suicide. Really hard excercise, maybe try it :p
I also call it the V lay up drill. It works great for conditioning too.
