  • I would strongly advise "watching" the bells all the way through the move, this will help keep the shoulder stable mate.....good work 32kg is alot of weight overhead!...

  • What happen to the 'get-down' portion of the 'get-up?" You bailed out at the top. That was half a get-up. Update the video with the whole movement and re-post.

  • @FivePointKettlebells Thanks for your comment. It is a very reasonable gripe that you have made. Perhaps I will post another video with a get down at some point in the future.
