I would strongly advise "watching" the bells all the way through the move, this will help keep the shoulder stable mate.....good work 32kg is alot of weight overhead!...
What happen to the 'get-down' portion of the 'get-up?" You bailed out at the top. That was half a get-up. Update the video with the whole movement and re-post.
