His father was murdered by a drunk driver. His blood alcohol level was .11 - way over the legal limit. Those are two indisputable facts. He HAD to do the right thing and plead guilty. I don't know how he could have lived with himself otherwise.

Sheldon lied to the Trooper several times. He was obviously impaired. The video shows his impairment. His blood came back over the limit. Now what does Sheldon do? He and his defense attorney try to get favors from the AG's office and whomever else he thinks he can sway. You are not above the law Sheldon.
