@UnderDog988 You misunderstood. The doctor said for this kind of surgery the dna has to be the exact match and Not even his own son would be a compatible donor. Which means this doctor planned 20 years ahead and successfully cloned him for this surgery without his knowledge. He was laughing because he didn't find the donor. He cloned the donor from old mans dna.
