LOL!....As far as I can tell (and I honestly have never heard of this FSV concept ...must be before I heard of TJ)...l, some people here are saying it was up for a small time, then failed. If so I imagine the money went into the project, and it simply failed. Sites cost $ after all.

I remember freespeechvids. The site went up, but I don't think it got very far. Why would I be afraid of him "kick[ing] my fucking ass"? I don't perceive him to be the violent type anyway, but if he was, why would I care? I live something like 1000 miles away from him.

To be fair, I don't think it started off as intentional fraud. From what I heard from the former webmaster of "FreeSpeechVideos", TJ simply was incompetent and didn't realize how much a youtube competitor would truly cost, something I wondered the entire time he was proclaiming his "FreeSpeechVideos" concept. He didn't even buy dedicated webspace apparently, and instead of admitting his folly, he just pocketed the donations. Slimey, but I doubt it started off as such.
