I have just read Not Without My Sister, by Celeste and Kristina Jones and Juliana Buhring. I can honestly say, it was the most horrifying and moving book I've ever read. I have just read Not Without My Sister, by Celeste and Kristina Jones and Juliana Buhring. I can honestly say, it was the most horrifying and moving book I've ever read. It made me cry once when I watched a documentary and a 5 year old child discussed how their father raped them. That contributed to the documentary, the images don't.

@MyassWins I saw them in Germany in the city of Duisburg about 12 years ago. They missioned to the people and handed out flyers. Seemed to me easy people. I think the children of God were a reaction to the anti-sex dogma of mainstream churches. They ended up going too far the other way though. But the mainstream church's view that all sex outside marriage is a grave evil sin is destructive.If the mainstream church had a more liberal view towards sex then this cult would not have come into existance at least not as sex obbsessed cult.
