  • The two people that disliked this probably think Freddie is BB's little brother

  • how does it play? :O

  • @bluesboydude It plays great, I took the guitar to a repair shop where it was set up nicely (lower action) and a week ago I had the pickups changed to a DiMarzio Bluesbucker in the bridge position and a Seymour Duncan Jazz SH-2. I'll upload how it sounds now really soon.

  • @leozingy aw nice! but do you notice any diffirence between the gibson and epihpone bb signature?

  • @bluesboydude Yes, there is a HUGE difference in craftsmanship. The Gibson is a lot easier to play (softer strings, easier to bend), it's a bit heavier and a lot sturdier. But I can't afford it yet... so the Epi is good for now :)

And it still has the sound I'm looking for, that's good enough for me.

  • @leozingy aw ok. by the way. that E on the pickguard is that a sticker?

  • @bluesboydude Yeah, easily removable. I got Robben Ford to sign the pickguard after a seminar last week in Italy. :D

  • @leozingy NICE! epiphone really gotta work on their ugly guitar parts :P like the headstock.

  • I like to buy a guitar, and I can not choose which, think of what a better guitar, epiphone shertaon 2 or epiphone BB King Lucille ??? (sorry for my english i'm hungarian)

  • @Guitarszekely If you haven't bought a guitar already, my advice is to first try out a lot of different guitars and amps and choose which one you like best.

  • Could you tell me which is the appropriate amplifier FOR THIS GUITAR???????

    Thanks.

  • @mariosmetradio A clean tube amp is great for Lucille. A Fender or a Mesa (on clean) really makes it shine; Carvin, Laney and Peavey amps are great for it too. I didn't like it with Marshall, Orange and Vox amps though.

  • You are amazing!! I love your play, and your guitar.

  • excelent.

  • Sounds brilliant. Recognise those riffs from hideaway and the stumble (played for years in blues bands myself - cant beat those freddy king numbers!) Very good playing my friend. Check out garywood65 on myspace to hear my tunes. They are nothing like blues numbers though. Hope youre out there gigging! Good luck.

  • sounds like you got a little muddy waters goin on there. good stuff. keep rockin

  • You can play man!

  • Having no sound holes really gives a unique tone... I love it

  • sounds good man! ou should do "Have you ever loved a woman"

  • Sounds good! Thanks Leo *****
