It does not look comfortable nor fit. especially the shoulder part just look too tie.

As was said, it is excellent quality and fits very well. It fits as a bike jacket should, especially with the CE armor in the shoulders and elbow/forearm.
You don't seem to have any clue what you're talking about.
Very good offering. Can also zip it up to A* pants for track use.
