I vote for Goran Visnjic. I think he is a truly amazing actor and I really had sympathy with him in that episode. It was a very believable scene and truly dramatic. I pretty much cried.
But I also believe that pretty much all of the characters on E.R. are amazing. I love the show.<333
Ohhh...and this is not because that I'm a RayNeela fan but I'd vote for Shane firstly because I really thought he did that scene well then I'd probably vote for Mindy but I also thought that Scott Grimes did a good job with his scene as well...

1st - Parminda Nagra
I chose her because she has had some truly amazing moments on the show, and that was one of them.
2nd - Goran Visnjic
Because that was a very climatic episode
