  • im a raw food vegan ,and having a healthy body is just one of so many benefits ...if you want to learn more youtube - liferegenerator .. that guy explains everything , glod bless

  • I'm Chinese Japanese and I am considered skinny but I don't like grapefruit, lemon, or coffee. ... I like my rice, seaweed and fish :)

  • Sarah. Just careful with apple cider vinegar and your teeth was reading a few articles about how the acidity can wear them down. Just a thought.

  • I like to eat chocolate.......

  • i'm naturally skinny and i don't NATURALLY eat these?? Where did you get your research?

  • Since u love all that yummy food that natural SKINNY people eat.. Y U SO FAT ?!

  • Hi Sarah I was wondering if you would be able to do a video about eating clean, or if you have already done one can you please link me the video. thanks

  • you also can check what expert is talking on fox news /watch?v=9QpzdK7wdYY

  • Do you think having that shot of vinegar before breakfast lunch and dinner is too much?

  • thank you , but apple cider with water is sooooooo bad in the morning

  • Im looking to detox my body.. Would you say one day of just liquids acv and green tea will help?

  • @divaliciousbabydol that sounds like a miserable time to me... I would rather just eat veggies and lean protein to detox. Lemon water and no sugar.

  • you have to take into account, that lean people have a high metabolism, that is the major reason why they are lean, food has a lot to do with it too, but some people can live on lettuce and still not be as lean as others, because their metabolism is much slower, especially when you are older. Detoxing helps tremendously, toxic waste in your body actually causes your metabolism to slow down, detox at least once a week :)

  • i love your vidoes cause theyre not that scripted and ''commercialed'' (is that even a word?) like others and what you're sayin isnt meaning ''you're fat eat 2 apples a day, bitch'' like many other videos

  • Hi! All your videos are very helpful so do you think you could do an easy workout routine for getting a "summer bikini body" without any special equiptment? Im just looking for some exercises i can use to stay in shape for this summer thanks!!! :)

  • Is normal pepper helpful at all? I pepper on tons of things , simply because it tastes good and its better then using sauces and things like that for seasoning. But wow is it even more helpful than that?

  • In your response to ValLovesDenis' question you said that you add two more tbsp of water to your ACV mixture. So you only use four tablespoons of water? I was thinking you had a cup of water or a half cup at least, you said "shot" in the video and ACV is very strong. Would you mind telling me how much water do you use?

  • hehehe u can eat all these and then go eat a cake lol

  • @drandersw their appetite is only different because of their controlled eating habits. Whether they've realised it or not, If they don't get into a phase of eating sugary foods then their bodies will never crave it. That's why it's so hard for people who have terrible eating habits to try and start eating healthy. Their bodies will crave the sugar and the person will more than likely give in. But if you stick to eating healthy over a period of time your body will switch back into how it was ori

  • i just can't stick with healthy eating :( pls help sarah <3

  • You should really try and remember to say 'slim' Let's not forget that skinny is good.

  • Sarah, how should I take my apple cider vinegar? Should I take it right away when I wake up in the morning before my breakfast? And how much of it should I take?

  • @ValLovesDenis I do about 1-2 tablespoons with lemon juice, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 2 more tbsp of water and a few stevia drops. I take it after breakfast after I have something in my stomach or after lunch for a mid afternoon pick me up.

  • I don't really like it that it says "skinny" food. it should be healthy, weight loss or "fit people's food". :P

  • yeah i eat almost every thing except lemon.but i do exercise.

cayenne paper means red chilli.its good it thin ur blood which increase circulation decrease pain & increase heats in body.vinegar is good only in salad, ving shot harm males i think.apple vinegar is the only source to kill H.Pylori Bacteria live in green vegs.

instead of ving shot i recomind 12 cup water intake in 24 hours which clean unwanted poison & improve the process of Oxidation and Anti Oxidation which helps in aging probs

  • My super skinniest friend never exercises and doesn't have much of muscles but she is very happy and healthy. She likes to have a muffin for breakfast. She loves candy, but only the finer kinds. She likes fish, gyros, beef stew with rice. She loves dried mangoes.

I believe naturally skinny people just don't have the same appetite. There is something that controls their intake. The same phenomenon can be seen in dogs for instance. Some have it, some don't.

  • Im in love with you.

  • @SarahsFabChannel thanks!! :)

  • @Sandramuoio I know PLENTY of not jut fat vegans, but obese vegans. And little to no health problems? Get real. Quit pushing a vegan lifestyle if you have no idea what you are talking about. You are just embarrassing yourself.

  • Nice video! I didn't know those facts about coffee or cinnamon. Thank you for posting and making the vid

  • how often do u workout?

  • @Edog15yeah I workout about 5-6x a week between 30 and 75 minutes. 3x a week I do cardio between 30 and 45 minutes and 3x a week I either take a class like tabata, yoga or pilates or do strength straining. The classes usually are 45-60 minutes long. If I'm training for a race, Saturday will be a longer running day since I'm training but when I'm not, it's a light day with something like yoga

  • @SarahsFabChannel great! thanks for replying !! :)

  • Sarah please help me,I'm kinda skinny, 18years, (about 52kg) but I still have a "fat" belly. I exercixe nearly everyday,i eat healthy. Please tell me how to burn fat and finally get a good belly. :(

  • Hi Sarah, I just started watching your videos and I absolutely love them! You keep it going and it's not dull, and I love the helpful tips and healthy recipes. :D

However, I was wondering if you could do a workout video consisted of exercises that are easy on the wrists and knees. I have RA so my joints are quite tender and I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle so I can be a regular 18 year old college student and eventually get off the medication I am on. Thanks a bunch and keep up the great

  • Looking up studies and comparing them I've noticed the tea gives you all the same benefits as coffee, with much less adverse health effects. So it might be good to suggest that too. However, coffee is still pretty healthy for you so what ever.

  • You shouldn't encourage people to drink coffee! That's the last thing people need to get addicted to. But all the other tips were great.

  • I eat all of the food on the list and I'm not skinny :P

  • ive tryed to drink apple cider vinager i just cant keep it up it taste so bad

  • @NancyKTV you can get them in capsule form, i take them as i can't stand the taste either xx

  • just because someone is skinny, doesn't mean they are healthy!

  • Sarah, I need help! So, for my entire life I've been able to eat whatever, until now. Can you do a video on simply healthy living. Like workout/diet for teenagers???

  • Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us Sarah. It helps those of us who are trying hard to shed those extra pounds and try to remain on the right path.

  • Ew apple cider vinager is soooo nasty...but it does help with acid reflux..

  • Coffee is controversial. But, for me, it seems to work. And as long a person drinks plenty of water to combat any dehydration, I can't see anything wrong with it. For me, it gives me the extra boost I need throughout the day.

  • coffee is actually a diuretic and causes you to become dehydrated. It's also very acidic, just as meat and lots of other things in our diet, and what we really want is to be alkaline. Disease states occur in acidity, not alkalinity. You are better of drinking water, coconut milk, and incorporating superfoods into your diet.

  • @stephsegal i meant coconut water not milk

  • great video thanks. Ive been recommended to go on a high protein diet as my thyroid is borderline underactive... how much is high protein?

  • @GuineaPigSecretsUK how old are you? how much do you weigh?

  • @GuineaPigSecretsUK A high protein diet is absurd. A high carb diet, such as a vegan diet. You don't really ever see any fat vegans and we eat a TON of carbs, because they are good for you unlike fatty meat proteins which is what high protein diets consist of. Also vegans have little to no health problems. Perhaps you should see a nutritionist over your doctor. ( most doctors only take 1 class of nutrition and is rare, its required but they are signed out of the classes.)

  • @Sandramuoio dont contact me with stupid advice, clearly yoou dont understand or know anything about the thyroid. so BACK OFF. high protein doesnt mean no carb or anything else it means more protein thn anything else.

  • @Sandramuoio If only you knew how upsetting it is to have a conditin that causes weight gain without eating food.... do not contact me with your silly vegan advice!! i made no mention to meat... nor did i say whether i was vegetarian or not, i asked for advie from sarah as i knew it wuld be real advice and not something childish like this

  • @Sandramuoio and finally did i mention a dr or who i had spoken to....

  • @GuineaPigSecretsUK I know you responded to someone else but in regards to high protein it really depends on your age and how much you weigh. A high protein diet I believe would be your ideal weight in grams of protein so if your healthy goal weight it 130, you could eat up to 130 g of protein. I would say to stick between 1/2 your body weight and your goal weight in grams so at least 65 g & at max 130g. I am not a nutritionist though, these ideas are from the eat clean diet

  • @SarahsFabChannel

you ppls make ur life so complex.i means com on.weight protein diet vegs non vegs.living like this i prefer to die.hahah.no this is not fun.

i don't take healthy diet.on daily bases i eat lot of suger, oil, eggs, milk, tea, most of all meat.

but i do one thing i do exercise 15 yoga for stomach&blood circulation,20 min jym and for cardio 2 KM running.i do cardio for stamina.

quit smoke and alcohol your health problem will be automatically solve upto 40%.

  • @SarahsFabChannel all awful for your teeth! :( at least only at meal times or it'll be dentures when your old!

  • @SarahsFabChannel I have actually heard of this method from a co worker. I tried it. It's absolutely disgusting! Lol!

  • @TheMultiProduction Yes, it is lol - but do people really enjoy the taste of alcoholic shots anyway?

  • Thanks for the video Sarah, It sounds like I'm on the right track! although the vinagarsounds icky I think I'll give it a try!

  • I'm trying to eat more lemons and almonds. That vinegar and cayenne pepper shot sounds nasty though.

  • coffee makes my heart beat really fast so if im working out as well wont my heartbeat just go through the roof making me have a heart attack? lol im genuinly curious!

  • WOW I never knew that about Cinnamon and I love it!! Thanks Sarah!

  • I love your videos but every single time I watch them now I always thing this but always never comment about it... Anyways, I reaaaally prefer a normal background in your videos rather than greenscreened ones. It makes the videos feel a little more personal if you know what I mean. If I'm the only person that feels this way then keep doing what you're doing. Lol. Just thought I'd give my opinion (:

  • @xokiimnz thanks for the feedback - It's hard for me to film with a "cute background" in my opinion because I hate my apartment right now! :( Will take your suggestion though and do more without it :)

  • Can you do some recipes with these ingredients? I am always looking for ways of putting these foods into realistic meals :)

  • @rino1096 I have tons on my blog! My recipe videos do not do very well on here so I'm not sure if I'm going to continue making them but I post ones weekly on my blog.

  • @SarahsFabChannel what?!lol,sarah plz keep doing ur recipes videos=D x

  • I'm not sure if anyone has asked this but do you know if exercizing will decrease my breast size? There are mixed answers on the web

  • @BrittneyAnnerose The size of your breasts largely is due to your genetics but do store fat if you are significantly overweight. They may decrease if you have a lot of weight to lose, but if you only want to drop 20 lbs, chances are slim that they will get noticeably smaller.

  • I'm deff not naturally skinny but ill try some of these

  • I love all those things but I'm not naturally skinny...

  • For the coffee part does it have to be straight up black coffee? Can something like turkish coffee be good in that case?

  • Thanks for the info.

  • Hey Sarah! I'm a new sub :) love your vids and advice! I love honey roasted almonds!!

  • And my mom says I shouldn't drink coffee, pshh.

  • @EricaF10 I didn't drink coffee until I was 18 - I didn't like it but never needed it either.

  • Do you mean like just take a shot apple cider vinegar?

  • ACV can cause esophageal damage and teeth erosion.. it DOES hurt you lol

  • the thing I LOVE about this channel is that it actually tells you how to EAT! and I remember in Sarah's other video she apologised for eating a cake cuz it was after her birthday, which is COOL! unlike those other fitness channel where they show you workout routines and BORING FOOD and they tell you like it's absolutely FORBIDDEN to have even a tiny piece of cake! I love this channel because it shows moderation in the consumption of all the other good stuff! can't thank you enough! xoxo

  • i like the title now :)

i guess it did bother some people but maybe it would have not been a problem "what fat people eat" but we won't go there ;D

quick question Sarah, how long do you suggest we wait to work out after we eat. Let's say we have lunch and later on we want to work out in the time schedule we have. half an hour or an hour so the food digests? And would it be better to eat before rather than having lunch after you work out?

    thank you :)

  • Shake a sandwich bag with a handful of almonds and some cinnamon. YUM! (I bet almonds and cayenne pepper would be good too.)

Grapefruit and avocado slices over a bed of fresh spinach is tasty too. Throw some oil and vinegar and some sport peppers on top, and it's the best salad you've ever had.

  • Is it just regular vinegar???

  • And cinnamon helps reduce your cravings if you are not really hungry

  • lol i dont believe this, firstly iv heard so much rubbish about coffee and its ACTUAL affect on your body, even my own nutritionist says to lay off it, or better, AVOID IT. its not healthy. lol 'skinny ppl food' really??? more like ANOREXIA addiction food.

  • I like and eat all these food, and I am thin...right on Sarah!!! :)

  • I don't like anything exept grapefruit and lemonwater

  • What are the different nutrition you focus on? For me it's getting enough fiber, getting the right amount of calories, and I kind of watch the sodium and sugar....What are the things you focus on while eating? I want to know some more things I should be watching.

  • Do you have any links to the studies you allude to so often? From my own research I do know that your information is fairly solid, but I'm interested in where you got it from :)

  • @Entilodont I do not have them on hand, I debated citing them in the video but figured people would be bored by it. When I write this up on my blog tomorrow, I will include them. The link to my blog is above.

  • What about pineapples? My mom (who works in medicine) has told me that. But I'm not sure if that is true or not. Thanks!

  • @12selenarox12 There are more than 7 foods, but I chose only to include my favorites. I haven't heard that about pineapple before though...

  • I've always liked grapefruit, and if I weren't already on cholesterol medication, I'd probably eat it...

  • Yay ! Thanks coffee (:

  • thanks sarah!

  • Should of called this video something else:/ like foods that help increase metabolism/ fat burn...

  • @soccerchic6495 Thanks for the suggestion, I often test different titles, so I may use your suggestion :) The first title got nasty comments... so I changed it. Now, it's not getting as many comments.

  • I am SOOOO jealous of naturally skinny people who can eat whatever they want!!! They are so lucky! I can LOOK at a cupcake & gain 5 pounds. :(

  • I just heard about grapefruit this morning! My grandmother was on a grapefruit diet for 3 days and shredded weight. But I can't stand the taste, so unfortunately I can't try that.

  • @lhartlett try adding a little sugar or stevia on top

  • I love adding cayenne pepper to some of my meals. I don't like spicy food but it helps me eat less and boosts my metabolism. And nuts do make me feel full longer, mmm fiber and healthy oils.

  • great video! keeps me motivated and gives ideas!

  • all these people "Im super skinny and eat like shit" are so annoying, not everyone is lucky enough to be able to eat whatever they want whatever they want, take your arrogance elsewhere you skinny bitches

  • @brigittte22 HAHAHA this comment is amazing!

  • @brigittte22 I agree. What they don't know is when they have kids, or reach their mid-thirties & they've ate like pigs because they could get by with it, it WILL catch up with them. I went to school with super skinny girls who bragged about how much they ate. Really pissed me off. I had to work hard to maintain my size. Today, most of those women either pack extra weight, look haggard, or have health issues. Trust me, it'll backfire on braggers. You can't eat junk all your life & stay healthy.

  • @Smalltowngal29 ALSO, although they aren't gaining weight by eating all this shitty food, they don't realize how UNHEALTHY they're bodies are. I have a friend who has just always been naturally skinny and brags about it and eats junk food like its her job and she has so many intestinal problems/IBS and I always tell her if she just ate better she would feel better but noo "Im so happy I don't have to worry about gaining weight" go fuck yoself!

  • @brigittte22 I don't think it was meant to brag, it was just disagreeing with/joking about the original video title, which was something like "7 foods naturally skinny people eat." They were just making a point that NATURALLY skinny people can eat whatever they want without getting fat.

  • Love this video!

  • I am 4 months pregnant. What would you suggest i eat that is healthy & so that i don't pile on too much weight? This is my 2nd child. I gained like 37 pounds with my first!

Thanks for your help Sarah :-)

  • @wpgmistyh2o Great comment but I am not a prenatal expert. I do know that you really only need an extra 200 calories or something a day, not 1000. I would consult your doctor.

  • @SarahsFabChannel Okay, well thank you for taking the time to respond anyhow. Have a great weeek :-)

  • I'm naturally skinny, I hate grapefruit, etc. I love almonds, but I also eat chocolate, etc. Fat people eat almonds, fat people eat chocolate. Making stupid cover-all rules is so inaccurate! You need to learn cause & correlation..

  • @xXShockSetsInXx Many studies have shown the slimming capabilities of these foods. The foods are either metabolize fat, reduce fat absorption in the body, increase metabolism or tame blood sugar levels. I'm not saying skinny people do not eat cookies or junk food. Most do because they can and not gain weight.

  • i'm naturally skinny and mostly all i eat is junk food.

  • @meanieboyx3 yes, you are lucky.

  • Your videos are normally good, but telling people what skinny people eat is wrong. People are skinny for so many different reasons and trying to drum in to people's heads there are 'good' foods and 'bad' foods is such a horrible, unhealthy way of thinking.

  • @xXShockSetsInXx There ARE good foods and bad foods. Thank you Sarah for sharing! And considering Sarah hasn't met every skinny person on earth I don't think her video is telling you "what skinny people eat". She's giving her educated opinion on foods you may want to add to your diet. I would love to hear the details on how you think that's an unhealthy way of living???

  • OH the green screen is working!!!!! I need to figure mine out. Great video.

  • I thought this video was going to talk about things like ice cream, potato chips, soda, etc.

  • @NYCrazyRob LMAO!

  • @NYCrazyRob Lol, the title of this vid has been changed since I last commented.

  • Most natural skinny people I know give a fuck about working out and healthy eating.. the world is not fair haha :D

  • @xMissdiorcherie Me too, natural skinny people used to eat all kind of junk food

  • I eat all these things

  • naturally skinny people don't actually eat half of these foods?

  • Have you ever thought of Mediterranean diet as a way of life...?

  • @iaidoted I don't really follow it specifically, but I do love nuts, olive oil, olives, hummus, feta cheese and fish so I guess I kinda do...

  • In your opinion do you think it's ok to put some stevia or a sugar in the raw packet on top of half a grapefruit??? I don't hate the flavor of a grapefruit but I find it a tad harsh on its own.

  • @megnkevfact stevia would probably be your best bet since its natural and comes from a plant.. and will help with the harsh citrus flavor :)

  • @megnkevfact I love stevia, my fave is nunaturals - you can get it at whole foods - so good and of course you can add some! Sugar in the raw is good too! I heard broiling it is awesome. But i haven't tried to this yet myself.

  • Skinny? I eat them and I focus more on fitness just skinny sounds a bit weird coming from u whos into fitness

  • @divaliciousbabydol these are foods that help metabolize fat, reduce it's absorption in your stomach, tame blood sugar levels or speed up metabolism, of course working out does the same exact thing! I'll do one on foods fit people eat :) I have a lot of those...

  • @SarahsFabChannel Hey Sarah, heres a random one. Ive always been told to include blueberries in my diet, but Im not the biggest fan of them. I have developed a liking for blueberry muffins however, and I usually have one with breakfast. Do you think eating muffins is helpful or hurtful in the long run?

  • Can you find apple cider vinegar everywhere?

  • @ValLovesDenis Greece produces and exports lots of vinegar. You should try it. It's really good.

  • Your brill Sarah. Love you loads

  • It's just 19th of january and I have broke about 3 times my healthy food resolution:(

  • At first I was like "Oh yeah, lets see if Sarah knows what Im eating" and then I watched the video, and I actually eat all of these and I have a BMI of 16 :D

  • i had a bowl of almonds in front of me when watching this video :3

  • Haha! I'm eating a grapefruit right now! Love you Sarah!

  • Hey girlie, great video. I love the Bragg's apple cider vinegar mixed with water in the morning. Good stuff, and I find that it even helps my immune system and keeps my body more alkaline.

  • @Zobelise LOVE Braggs. I wanted to say it helped with other things but I'm a little too shy to talk about those things on here :)

  • I'm naturally skinny and I don't eat any of those. I like pizza and hamburgers and cookies

  • @jadorehappiness good for you, but I hope you know none of the things you listed are remotely healthy/good for you so you might want to consider adding some of the foods in this video to your diet!

  • @jadorehappiness when you get older that might catch up with you

  • @jadorehappiness jealousssss

  • great vid!!as always thanks sarah=) xx

  • Sara I'm starting to be one of those people that jumped on the juicing wagon. Do you know a smoothie I could make to lower cholesterol and belly fat? Thanks

  • Apple Cider Vinegar?

  • I always have lemon and water together ! great ideas =)
