It is the second Jill episode... following the roof sequence. Sarah is essentially going through the motions of giving Chuck what he needs/deserves but also struggling with her own feelings. I always took that head shake to mean she was shocked by her own storm of emotions. As if she was saying to herself "What are you doing?! Who are you?"

Google it. -- 13 episode initial order with an option for "the back 9" which would bring it for a full 22 episode season. -- Whether it gets 22 will depend solely on the ratings. So make sure if any of you know anybody with a Nielsen box that they tune it to Chuck!
