  • Amazing.

  • God bless technology

  • If someone could be so cruel and separate families and torture people, innocent people, I don't understand what a human is.

    This video was beautiful.

and I wish and pray, that none of us, no mankind has to ever go through what they did. Pretty strong and amazing people. This is touching.

  • maybe she had a poker face because it's like she felt that that old man-her brother-seemed like a new person to her, after not seeing each other for more than half a century methinks.

  • AWW THIS GOT ME CRYING. I

  • I cant handle watching an old man cry, it's just heartbreaking..

  • this is so touching.

  • this is so beautiful, i just cried like a little baby

  • If this video didnt make you cry , you are not human.

  • @pontiaclives I did not cry. Oh well, I'm not emotional. Wonderful story though.

  • Very touching

Can you imagine being seperated from your sibling for 60 YEARS????

    thankfully they found each other

    god bless them!!

  • I cried. How beautiful. I wouldn't know what or where I would be if it weren't for my family. How sorry i feel for so many who have seen them die. This is incredible!

  • I just wonder why she looks like she doesnt care at all. Have the years back in time hard-bitten her so much that she arent capable to show emotions?

Anyway good they found each other.

  • OMG shivers!! this is SUCH an AMAZING story! i wish them the very best in their new lives together =D God bless

  • this is just so beautiful... I separated from my mom when I was 11... when i finally saw her again when I was 15 I couldnt stop crying... and it was 4 years... I can't imagine 65... this just made me cry all over again...

  • i cryed like a baby!

  • Wow, simply heart-breaking, yet such joy for them as well as they find out that they were alive all this time.

  • I'm really glad they reunited!Touched my heart

  • How moving! brought tears to my Eyes,

  • I'm just wondering why she didn't look excited? HAHA! But this is beautiful!

  • @nbbyana1 I think it was probably shock. think of 65 years of believing your family to be dead. and living your life. it probably makes you a bit numb. especially if you endured hardships at the death camps. what a beautiful reunion though and I hope she is happy/that they all are, with their reunited family. what a blessing after so long

  • @nbbyana1 It probably felt surreal. Can you think 65 years of coping, and eventually getting over someoens death, then finding out their not dead?

  • @nbbyana1 because she was in shock.

  • @nbbyana1 Probably in too much pain emotionally. To find out that most of your family did survive, but you never knew they made it out alive and most of them died many years after the holocaust. Then to have one brother left....a lot of pain...too much pain....

  • I cried too =(

  • I cried, I couldn't speak. What an ending to such an horrendous, evil event.

  • wow thats amazing

  • i cant stop crying.

  • woow just wondeful .. iw as crying

  • they are soo lucky for African Americans this can never happen....thats what I find the saddest thing of all

  • @babyfods18 oh for gods sake that happened centuarys ago and no one alive now is to blame. All of those who went through that are dead and reunited, some of these jewish people are still alive. Stop bringing alvery into everything there are other issues in the world you know.

  • There are nazis and nazi collaborators who are still breathing oxygen they don't deserve

  • Heartfelt beyond words.

  • omg this is so touching i totally cried

  • this little old man is so precious i cried :( soo terrible what happened.

  • Bittersweet. Imagine knowing you missed out on SIX decades of knowing your family was alive. Beautiful that they reunited, but sad that they didn't find out for this long.

  • I've heard it said many times that God didn't hear the prayers from the Death Camps. That is not so! God heard every one of His people's prayers. God's ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts. God allows evil in the world so that He can draw a greater good from it. Know that 6 million people's tears are wiped away and they ARE alive with their Father in Heaven!

  • I cry and cry and cry!!!

  • OMG this is beautiful...simply beautiful.

  • I love my family and this pours tears to my eyes beautiful to watch

  • God Bless ISRAEL! This is so Beautiful and so emotional.

    God Bless THEM!

  • omg :( i cant stop crying

  • Awe. I juust aboout cried.

  • As an amateur Military Historian for over 35 years I seldom feel much emotion any more. It's a shame really, but studying war (and death) does desensitize you. This particular video really touched my heart and brought a tear to my eyes. Maybe because I have 2 sisters who I've never lived more than 30 miles away from. God Bless Israel and the works of YadVashem! Thank you.

  • i learnd about the holocaust in school and its terrible what happend to all those people... this video iiss sssooo amazing!!

  • no one can even beging to comprehend what holocaust survivors went through. inspiring.

  • that is soo sad!! my brothers annoying but if that happened to me i have no idea what i would do...

  • crying

  • May God bless this family with all the joy of the world for such undeserved journey and may they also find peace and happiness and for all 6 million Jews that are in a safe place ,may there names be remembered for all life

  • what pisses me off, even though i really dont know whats going on inside her, is that she doesnt even look happy to see him. :(

  • this made me cry =(

  • omg i so cried miracles to happen I'm so happy for him finding his sister

  • i cry when i saw this video for the first time this is an amazing loving story

  • So sad...made me cry.

  • I want to see each and every story on youtube. I want their servers to clog with stories. "Happy" eventual outcomes and tragic--only when we hear the stories will we catch a snippet and begin to understand.

  • proof that the jewish people were stronger than hitler ever could be.

  • so beautiful!!!!!!!!!! shalom from Portugal

  • That is so lovely. After all those years and he still recognised her :)

  • @SupaKawaiiii sometimes when we surpres feelings like that they come out in a odd way maybe it was like that

  • @SupaKawaiiii sometimes when we surpres feelings like that they come out in a odd way maybe it was like that

  • Did anyone else think the sister looked a little less...moved, than the brother did?

  • My family has paid their rspects by going to israel and auchwitz even though we're not Jewish... This make my heart break all over again..

  • Aww, this is so sweet.

    It's an amazing story <3

  • she doesnt seem happy

  • I bawled like a baby. I hate the holocaust and how it still affects ppl today.

  • i hear that the bible PREDICTS the holocaust...... is that true ?

can someone tell me the book and verse and stuff ?!?!?!

  • Nice reunion.

I don't know what kind of god would make a not- that-special kind of people go through such sufferings for thousands of millenia! It's insane.

I really cannot get it. Maybe on Judgement Day?

  • Very very touching I got a bit teary myself.

  • This has to be one of the coolest video I've seen on YouTube.May the Holocaust,or any event in resemblance to it,never take place again.

  • beautiful

  • god, I cried

  • what a beautiful story!!!! after 65 years. i acytually cryed of happiness for them

  • @princssadriana Me too cant help crying for them!

  • the sister doesnt seem happy though. its weird.

  • thats what the nazis did to people. they didnt kill them all. but they could take away the ability to really feel happiness sometimes i guess. but ofcourse she's happy...

  • Shock would pretty much sum it up.

  • dude...she's shocked. ever been so emotional inside yet you can't show emotion on the outside.

  • She is probably well into her 70's or 80's and wasn't always sure what was going on. (this comment was not meant in a mean or rude way)

  • I know... but you also have to realize how PAINFUL it must be. She thought her family was dead... and they're not, so she missed out on an entire lifetime of being with them. It would be really hard to go through -- even though it's wonderful to meet them, now she has lost more than she thought she lost before.

  • wow! what can i say. i can't imagine the joy they felt and the pain of so many missed years. it really made me sob.

  • T_T its so emotional and touching...im happy for them

  • so touching, wonderful...I'm so glad for them!

  • this is touching

    man i almost cryed

  • i didnt realize i cried till bout 5 mins after when i went upstairs i rubbed my eyes and my hands were wet

  • this made me cry, truly beautiful. im glad they were able to be reunited

  • When the old man confirmed that he recognized his sister, I felt his pain. This beautiful video proves that love is the food for your soul: if you won't get fed by it, a part of you will die.

  • Kick ass, Israel! Do it for the good of all who love peace and kindness!

  • Honestly, I was crying when I saw both the old man and the old lady got a chance to meet each other again after 65 years.

But I'm very happy for them. I shared with my friends, some of them didn't say anything but had a sad face and the others were hugging me and each other and crying a lot.

About Adolf Hitler and the fucking Nazis, go to the damn fucking hell, bitches!!

  • :( im crying

  • that's so awesome! I'm happy for them!!! :DDDD

  • i'm soooooo happy for them!!!!! May anyone who thinks he or she has lost everyone keeps hoping till the day this kind of moment will happen ...amen.

  • Omigosh this made me cry but it was so happy!(:

  • this is a real tear jerker

  • isnt this beautiful!

it hits you so hard when you see thais old man cry, to think that so long after the Death of Hitler, he can still effect peoples lives to such an extent, what malice!

    Bless them :)

  • so amazing

  • That was a great video. What a great reunion.

  • Everybody, share this video with others so more people know and more people register. So powerful!

  • That's amazing =D

I could never be seperated from my brothers for 65yrs. I think it'd just hurt me everyday, wondering what happened.

  • Good Bless them! they are so cute!

  • I'm just sorry that it happened as late as it did. :( I wish she could have found out sooner & met more of her family. Ah well, as they say: Don't look a gift horse in the mouth! I'm happy for the immense joy and relief they must have felt.

  • Truly a miracle from the Most High! Halleluyah!! May this family at last have at least a small ray of peace

  • Beautiful!!!

  • I hope that right now Hilter is burning in hell. And this made me cry.

  • this made me cry

  • Baruch Hashem

    I was crying

  • All I can say is PRAISE GOD!!! Thank you God for this Blessing for this family.

  • could u imagine being separated from all ties to your family for SIX DECADES??!! wow these people are strong. to know that there are people out there who have not seen a sibling for so long, makes me appreciate mine

  • could u imagine being separated from all ties to your family for SIX DECADES??!!

I could not image it either my friend. My grandmother has not seen her siblings even longer than 60 years because they died in the Holocaust. She was the only member of her family to make it out alive. That is why I cry tears of happiness when I watch videos like these. I am just so happy for this family. I pray that God gives them extra rime to make up for so much lost time.

  • the grandson rocks!

  • :'(

    omggg this is so sad

they were seaperated form loved ones :'(

  • That was so touching I cried!

We can never let this happen ever again!

  • this was so touching, i was moved to tears, amazing, just simply amazing

  • That is simply powerful, just imagine thinking your sister died and years and years later you find out she's alive. Must of been an extraordinary mix of emotions at that very moment. God bless their family

  • its so beautiful. i cried.

  • OMG that is amazing...God bless them and thank god for technology!!!

  • Wow.

    Beautiful touching.. I cried.

    Blah.

    Now im very emotional.

    This is amazing.

  • not sad - beautiful - that they can find each other after all these years is amazing. The internet has brought good and bad to society. This is an example of what the powerful good.

  • I hate this narrator - no heart. Luckily, the Schlicks have more than enough to make up.

  • I bawled my eyes out. This is a fantastic story. God had broght these two siblings back together and it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. God bless them.

  • Certainly the saddest thing I've watched on youtube.

  • wow, that's pretty sad. i can't imagine the emotions they must've been feeling. pretty sad that things like that have to happen in the world.

  • i cried

  • so did I

  • aww that is so nice. always will be

  • Aw, that's so touching. But the suprising part, 65 years. my god.

  • Oh man how touching. Thanks for posting this. Wonderful stuff.

  • brought tears to my eyes. thats crazy. 65 years...

My hat goes off to them

    ♥♥♥

  • Tonight I just watched the premiere of the movie "The Boy in The Striped Pajamas". It was so sad. It is hard to comprehend that kind of hate. I am glad I didn't live in that time to experience it. At least this story has a happy ending. I can't imagine the emotion of seeing someone you thought you lost.

  • That's an amazing story, and I'm really happy for the family.

  • this made me ball! =/

its not exactly happy, but its not sad either.

its amazing how the internet made such an impact on her life...

the old man was so sweet! =] he hugged and kissed her so much, it made me happy!

  • this is really nice i nearly cried :)

  • aww

    they finally met

  • this made me cry.=[

stupid germans had to kill innocent people.

  • This is so sad=(, but happy too!

    This is really sweet ^-^

  • she doesn't seem too thrilled at all. the brother was really emotional. she had a stone face the whole time. it's still a touching story though

  • It's quite possible that as a survivor of severe trauma, she was actually unable to easily display emotion. This is a common effect of tragedy - people bury their emotions; sometimes too well. And perhaps there's no right or wrong way to respond.

  • As a grandson of Hilda I have to assure you, she was really emotional.. after suffering so many years of the sad memories and a fact of completely loneliness, it is very difficult to show your feelings. Thrilled?? :(

  • Not to mention that your grandmother couldn't really have known her brother after all these years. It must have been bewildering.

  • thats wonderful :)

  • its amazing that they finally got to see each other....
