Its taking me about 10-14 clicks to order 1 medication as we have check for allergies ON. Forget about refilling our elderly medication list. Imaging going through each of their 7+ medications, each requiring 10-15 clicks. Before in Allscripts A4, we would choose refill all, then click submit. Now we answer pop-up after pop-up after pop-up before being able to submit 1 renewal request. PLEASE FIX THIS FEATURE!!!!!! I am sick of it. I have my nurses calling meds in to pharmacies now.
