I can't tell exactly why, but I always feel this has everything to do with our second lives. It may be the whole feeling of closing the door and letting the world outside... hide away in a place that is ours and that we share only with those we elect as special. And yes, lots to do with wasting time as well, hehehe - but then again, it's OUR time :P
