@asthenewt Give him my respect, fuckin love UFO, and Waysted. Saw Waysted somewhere sometime, they were cracking. Ask him how he got on producing punky upstarts The Rejects. Mind you, must be hard to tell a legend to move his motor or keep the noise down. If he's still drinking, get him a pint on me, I'll sort you out later. Cheers.
This tv show was called ECT which stood for extra celestial transmission . Great band , even better when Danny Vaughn joined for the Save Your Prayers album.
@CraigClashBrown Etcetera in the States, meaning, anything Else, not listed, ....sumthin like that. Do you know if it intentionally cuts out at the end here? I am pretty sure they did their own 50s cover with that song. Chuck Berry? Not sure
Rolling out the dice is a tittle of this song, excerpt from the masterpiece "The good the bad and the waysted". The first album "vices"was also great, and Fin more a fantastic singer, singer with his guts.
ECT (not ETC!!!!) was a Channel 4 programme that was on once a week in the mid/late 80's, and it used to showcase loads of bands, both up and coming and more popular bands. I've got many a fond memory of watching it ;o)
What a band - another under rated band that never really made it
