In the Plus Ban you can use Asterisks, that means yu can ban as example:

192.168.*.*

So all IPs that begins with 192.168 will be banned.

The problem here is sometimes are the IPs from players about more areas so we need to type more times /ban ....

The IP areas we can find out on pages that support the whois protocol, my most used site is:

[kaptenclawmember999]
