I like Waltraud, nice sound, but not always consistent. Her La Scala clip is beautifully acted, but the voice is erractic. She sounds much better here. I DO LOVE that painfully slow tempo being taken here. Brava!

Amazing! I love Meier's leap into Soprano-land!!! She is the actor's Isolde...and every time she sings it, it gets stronger and more beautiful!!! Brava!

Elle fut une des plus remarquables Isolde des temps récents , mais maintenant il y a Nina Stemme qui donne une Isolde incomparable .
