@EDOM666DEVORE Yea! "Make us go. Make us strong. We are strong" LOL Despite the infinitesimal budget & abundance of mediocre to poor acting, this series actually isn't that bad. You know the saying about a card game? "I know it's a crooked game, but it's the only game in town". Considering that most likely there will never be another "real" Star Trek TV series, these fan made series are better than the alternative/nothing. Some are pretty good. Imagine if they had a budget/real actors?

I don't know if I buy the "security chief's" flippancy. The Sub-commander is one thing, there's natural avarice between them and Federation. But a Federation officer getting mouthy with a commanding officer, especially in a tense situation wouldn't be acceptable.

i think the female alien is a weak charecter. i think the alien captain wouldve been a better main villain, he seems a little more believable.

I think it's a nice little fan project :) I think it's entertaining enough and as much as I love all the trek re-runs it's nice to see something new that is trek related. Plus it keeps me going until the movie is out ;) my only criticism is the comedy was misplaced and disrespectful with Stadi and the bajoran saying conner was dead. and the XO's death was really cheesy but I still enjoy this series :)

More on REs to comments and points needing help: Someone made the comment that there was a blurs between the actors and the backgrounds. In fact, the whole thing is blurry, but as for what they are talking about it is a case of a bad use of green screen technology. This causes the actors to look likwe cut outs placed on picture. Points in need of help? Make up is inconsistant as well as wordrobe, Problem with green screen use may be in CGI post work. Still more to come.

They had a slipstream core as well as a regular warpcore. Why they needed a slipstream core when they had this wormhole to fly into is a mystery to me.

If I am remembering correctly from the voyager series,..I thought Captain Janeway came up with a new defense technology that help them defeat and escape the Borg. By this time it would be standard on every federation ship. Part 5, again lots of smoke and not anyone reacting to it.

HF series and beyound are nice to watch and i'm glad more st is being made, as long it has the basic st rules in it.

Of course it looks like voyager, they have the same arc, getting home. Why is that a problem
