@RR25HD It is a problem with some peoples headsets. For some reason youtube and other video sites do not have high enough volume to some headsets. I had the same problem, I had my headset and computer to max volume and youtube videos where still quite. It is not the peoples fault that they cannot hear, it is a compatibility problem with their headsets or youtube. The only fix is to buy better headsets or some cheap stand-alone speakers.
