@viper6699 It's very hard to find breeders who ship here. :( plus Customs can confiscate it easily. It does suck here anything interesting is either confiscated by the government or just really expensive. The life of a Pinoy is a sad one X(

awwe such sweet lizards.. Its not just tegus that get like this, water monitors are like this too when they are raised with extra love. Snakes and all sorts of reptiles, even crocodiles get friendly and gentle. I remember when this one lady brought some alligators to our school, and they loved us, begged us to pick them up just like these tegus.

Reptiles are misunderstood and unjustly feared.

If people would just know how tame they get.VERY tame.I love Tegus.They are the best Lizards I ever had/have.The only bad thing about them is you just can't have one of them lol.5*.

My Tegu is kinda mean. He flips out when I go in his cage. Tail whips and all. He even bit me the other day! He is getting way to big to be doing that! I think he is 21 inches now.
