It's hard to implement this type of economic development in the US, because "blacks" nave no "body-politic" in this country! In South Africa, "Blacks" ARE THE NATION!

Thanks for the reply. This just goes to show we have success in what ever we put our mind to but we go to work together. That success in SA we can make that reality right here in the states if we stop the crab in the barrel mind set
