would cross country be for 1 season be good for a 400m runner and also how am i suppose to run on the back straight for 400m run ... people always say up nice and tall but i don't know how that should feel.... should i use step over drive down or just stride and then ''re-accelerate at the 200m mark'' THANK - YOU ! I doubt Wariner win return to sub 44. He peaked years ago. Im amazed he's still so competitive. The 400m is hard as hell and super competitive, especially for a white dude!
