A true football managerial legend and a man who was ahead of his time (I'm currently reading his autobiography 'Shanks' which was published in 1976, and it's a fantastic read). He had totally revoloutionised the way Liverpool had played and trained, and much of his methods are still employed by the current Liverpool team. By the way, I wonder what he would have made of their current plight? Just hope they don't end up being relegated this season.
