The Jim Crow laws kept the American society was very safe including the white women of America. Doing these times crime was an all time low. Why becourse of the blessing of the Jim Crow laws. It just kept the blacks in there place and they didn't course any trouble or you would be hunged.
@Thetruthishere11 No no one wants to live in places that are purposely targeted to show biased statistics. If you are born into a poor environment you tend to become a product of what you see. the only difference between the 'blacks' you describe and you is that you probably had role models and a decent living. There are atrocious black statistics, those are facts. where to live is a preference. really want to look at a FACT realize that ALL people benefit and contribute from a diverse setting.
