On a tangential topic: I was surfing the TV stations, and came upon a televangelist. He was asking people to call and donate "love offerings." He was encouraging people to spend as much as they could. I had a question for him: If you and your followers are inspired by "god's holy spirit," why do you need to spend money on TV programming to get donations? Why not save that money for the poor, and have the holy spirit inspire people to give? They could not answer me. Wonder why?

True I agree. I have studied and learned a lot about all these religions. With this study I have realized I myself must strip myself of the name christian for I am no longer one and I now call myself a Follower of Christ. This definition is for the word Disciple in the New Testament. That way I can be set apart from all the craziness that is in the world today and it can help me focus on what is really important in this life.
God created Relationship: Back in the garden there were no rules other then which tree to eat from. God walked and talked with Adam and Eve. Today has not changed. We can still walk and talk with God but instead we are driving, and running errands etc.. a relatioinship is when two people get to know each other and try to please one another. God does talk back but we have to stop our lives at times to listen.

Besides, even if I were religious, I would be Jewish. They believe Jhwh (i.e., Jehovah) inspired the old testament. The OT states that telling others to believe that there is any other god, other than Jhwh (such as Jesus or the holy ghost), is heresy. See Deuteronomy 13. (to be continued)

I believe that God gives one the desires of their heart and to wait on your knees to me doesn't work. I just talk to Him all day long and he tells me when to go get milk, and what to tell people on the street. It is very interesting. It is only about communication. Yes it is a Music class at the LDS church for children under age 5 while there siblings are in school. I did experience it. It was the Wednesday after their Big General Conference. They sang 3 witch songs for Halloween. They were witches with black pointed hats putting things in their pot and stirring it. I immediately felt darkness on the back of my shoulders and could see the demons dancing above their heads. I then went into other rooms where I saw a total of 1K demons.

There was 238 in one room 600- 700 in another and 337 in a third. I can not explain them to you as they are my experience. I do not need therapy. The blackness was suffocating, I could barely breathe and had to get out of there pronto. My 2 year old paid the price for the rest of the day and day after. We went to Walmart afterwards and she acted nearly possessed like the pigs that ran into the mud in the NT parable. Then on Thursday she was unusally clingy and I couldn't let her go nor did she want to let go. It was very odd and I was incredibly concerned.

It says repent, it says be baptized in the name of JC, it says believe that Jesus is the Christ, et. al., in order for people to get "saved." But nowhere does it say, "have a personal relationship with jesus." That's a catch phrase invented by Protestant religions in the 1960's. It AIN'T in the bible.
You are correct on both the phrase and in the Bible. I use these words from my personal experience of my entire life. I asked Jesus into my heart when I was 4 and ever since then I have just "known" things and they have always come true. In August of this year I began to study why it is I know things and found out what my spiritual gift really is. I am now using my gift to understand the world around me and its current events at a much much deeper level.
I started going to church when I was 2 weeks old. My acceptance of Christ was odd I would have to say. I was 4 and suddenly woke up at 6am when the desperate need to ask Jesus in my heart. My parents didn't believe me and sent me back to bed. Then at 8am I said NO I HAVE TO ASK HIM IN MY HEART NOW!!!
My Mom then led me to the Lord in the LR while my dad prayed in the MB.
Don't give my mom too much credit thought cuz I disowned her at 5. and had sarrogate parents after that.

God is constently throughout the day speaking to me through the Holy Spirit in my head. It is kind of like your own thoughts but you don't think them they just sorta pop up. It is pretty surreal and interesting. Living a life with the Holy Spirit as captain is amazing and exactly like a roller coaster ride. Better hold on tight cuz it is fast, speedy and full of exciting views and adventures.

On a tangential topic: I was surfing the TV stations, and came upon a televangelist. He was asking people to call and donate "love offerings." He was encouraging people to spend as much as they could. I had a question for him: If you and your followers are inspired by "god's holy spirit," why do you need to spend money on TV programming to get donations? Why not save that money for the poor, and have the holy spirit inspire people to give? They could not answer me. Wonder why?

With this study I have realized I myself must strip myself of the name christian for I am no longer one and I now call myself a Follower of Christ. This definition is for the word Disciple in the New Testament. God created Relationship: Back in the garden there were no rules other then which tree to eat from. God walked and talked with Adam and Eve. Today has not changed. We can still walk and talk with God but instead we are driving, and running errands etc.. a relatioinship is when two people get to know each other and try to please one another. God does talk back but we have to stop our lives at times to listen.

Besides, even if I were religious, I would be Jewish. They believe Jhwh (i.e., Jehovah) inspired the old testament. The OT states that telling others to believe that there is any other god, other than Jhwh (such as Jesus or the holy ghost), is heresy. See Deuteronomy 13. (to be continued)

I believe that God gives one the desires of their heart and to wait on your knees to me doesn't work. I just talk to Him all day long and he tells me when to go get milk, and what to tell people on the street. It is very interesting. It is only about communication. Yes it is a Music class at the LDS church for children under age 5 while there siblings are in school. I did experience it. It was the Wednesday after their Big General Conference. They sang 3 witch songs for Halloween. They were witches with black pointed hats putting things in their pot and stirring it. I immediately felt darkness on the back of my shoulders and could see the demons dancing above their heads. I then went into other rooms where I saw a total of 1K demons.

The blackness was suffocating, I could barely breathe and had to get out of there pronto. My 2 year old paid the price for the rest of the day and day after. We went to Walmart afterwards and she acted nearly possessed like the pigs that ran into the mud in the NT parable. Then on Thursday she was unusally clingy and I couldn't let her go nor did she want to let go. It was very odd and I was incredibly concerned.

@TheRoseville5 I realize that what you label god can meet you where you are. However, I label it wishful-thinking. As previously stated, I did " try communicating with God, Jesus, Jehovah, etc to see what happens." And, as previously stated, nothing happened. God is a product of imagination, and used by shamans to lead the unsuspecting. Enjoy your roller coaster. Peace.

Thanks :) It is the best roller coaster I have ever been on and Great America is my fave! I do hope you find what/who you are looking for too. I will keep you in my prayers for sure. Try giving God a second chance and just talk to him randomly and see more of what happens. Maybe He will show you something in you next dream. Blessings!

@TheRoseville5 You use that phrase, "a personal relationship with Christ" many times. Where, in all of your Bible, does it state that? It says repent, it says be baptized in the name of JC, it says believe that Jesus is the Christ, et. al., in order for people to get "saved." But nowhere does it say, "have a personal relationship with jesus." That's a catch phrase invented by Protestant religions in the 1960's. It AIN'T in the bible.

You are correct on both the phrase and in the Bible. I use these words from my personal experience of my entire life. I asked Jesus into my heart when I was 4 and ever since then I have just "known" things and they have always come true. In August of this year I began to study why it is I know things and found out what my spiritual gift really is. I am now using my gift to understand the world around me and its current events at a much much deeper level.

I started going to church when I was 2 weeks old. My acceptance of Christ was odd I would have to say. I was 4 and suddenly woke up at 6am when the desperate need to ask Jesus in my heart. My parents didn't believe me and sent me back to bed. Then at 8am I said NO I HAVE TO ASK HIM IN MY HEART NOW!!!
My Mom then led me to the Lord in the LR while my dad prayed in the MB.
Don't give my mom too much credit thought cuz I disowned her at 5. and had sarrogate parents after that.

God is constently throughout the day speaking to me through the Holy Spirit in my head. It is kind of like your own thoughts but you don't think them they just sorta pop up. It is pretty surreal and interesting. Living a life with the Holy Spirit as captain is amazing and exactly like a roller coaster ride. Better hold on tight cuz it is fast, speedy and full of exciting views and adventures.

@TheRoseville5 Have you ever noticed that people who say they hear voices in their heads, which no other person can hear, are usually in need of counseling or therapy? Why is there an exception when someone says it's Jesus talking in their heads? (People such as Pat Robertson, Bennie Hinn, Jim Bakker, Gordon Hinckley, Joseph Smith, Mohammad, Moses, Joseph, Abraham, etc.)

I absolutely agree with you. That is the one thing I have feared in being open & honest about this is the Nut house. I am being honest which is scary. The difference to me is the thoughts ..go buy milk (I don't listen and I have to go back to the store the next day) then yesterday at the store I was thinking how is God gonna provide food for my family this week. Next thing I know the person ahead of me turned around and gave me a $30 gift card. God just meets our needs

BTW, the mormon kids, they weren't worshiping satan. They didn't see the "demons," you did. Sounds like you are the one obsessed with demons, not mormons.

sorry for the misnomer I was almost sent to one as a teenager when I was also then dealing with Spiritual Warfare..yes demons and angels. It is not fun or pretty
I am not suppose to go to one I am suppose to speak the truth and those who recognize it will be set free. (I am not obsessed with demons but I am aware of them and am not afraid to stand up to them) I am there enemy) If you think about me at al lin December then please pray for me..thanks :)

Prayer does have effect I experience it on Wednesday morning just 2 days ago. You are either blinded, or your eyes are fuzzy..I will do my best to pray for you in December. We are given free choice..I hope I will see you in heaven one day for now it is not so but I can always hope oh and God sent me someone else on FB who is going to be helping me with my Spiritual Warfare battles..thanks though

@TheRoseville5 My apologies, I said prayer has no effect on your obsession or hallucinations. Prayer has the same effect as meditation, deep concentration or hypnosis. Prayer does not get a person in conversation with a god. That is imaginary.

All this confusion can be solved very simply: read the Book of Mormon and pray about it. A witness from the Holy Ghost will disprove any falsehoods the anti-Mormons are spreading.

@jeanniemarie76 Thus insinuating that no Mormon can be a Christian? I have news for you. Being a Christian isn't something you just decide to be and then you suddenly are one. I believe that the mark of a true Christian is found in their actions, more than in their words. As proof, consider Christ's parable of the Good Samaritan. No where is religion mentioned, except to note the priest who crossed to the other side of the road rather than help the man.
