It's a rom hack, not a fangame. And the whole point of it starring Sonia, Silver and Scourge is so it's not like every other game, it's unique in it's own right.

Scourge actually isn't the brother of Sonic... He is, sort of, an 'Evil Twin' to him (not apparently), who may have interest in Sonia... His real brother, Manic, isn't in the game, but he's also green...
I played through the game with Scourge last week- such a great hack!
