how did he ever come up with those very simple fingerings for the intro? O.o i ended up with some hard fingerings going into the harmonics ill have to check the score maybe im adding some extra note. thanks for the vid. good job kid!
of course well played, but i dont understand why 90 % of guitarists always play only op. 9 Mozart variations, because the whole sor's repertoire is equally beautiful
this is absolutely amazing for any guitarist. i just don't get how these kids do. i wish i knew what a note was at his age. and his tempo...i liked the tension it created and the releases the phrasing gave. i didn't find it distracting at all
Rhythm is all over the place on the slow introduction. The introduction is NOT supposed to sound like the variations, which is what you are trying to do
A better sound resolution movie wasn't allowed to be uploaded for some reason, even though only 28 megs. We had to diminish the quality. There were some strange effects in sound in the upload process, too. But thanks for seeing the talent through that.
very very good player my compliment.

Sounds a bit nervous. of course, I would be too at 14 and playing these variations. I was all about playing "Lagrima" (poorly)at that age...

May the timing not be perfect but he plays it very sensible. And for his first solo recital it's absolutely brilliant!

Wow! Very talented player, but I sure wish the sound were better. So much fuzz and buzz in the video.
