9780 dead repair by replacing charging ic

i have a problem with my blackberry 9700,the phone is dead,when charging no orange light appear..is it the battery or the ic or both of it? please help me

I have the same problem, its completely dead, the battery it`s ok. Just don`t turn on even red light is off. Please help me I don`t know what to do =S

Hi there. Please can you help me. My blackberry bold 9780 has today just completely died - no reason at all. Working fine one minute, 10mins later will not turn on. Tried new battery. Red light does not come on and charger does nothing. It's completely dead. I really need to somehow fix it to back up my calendar etc as I haven't backed up for over 2 months. Thanks so much

what temp is your heat gun? i have some samsung a927 with a really difficult led holding the casing. i have an aoyue heat gun at 450 temp and it wont melt the led holding the chargeport.
