I just read about a guy named Dale Smith who along with his son have built a 9.97s Dodge 4x4 2500. They claim 1300bhp and 2000ft/lbs torque on 110 psi twin turbo, 12 valve setup. I'd say not too bad. Definitely would have won that race. Not by much though
