  • Now that's talent!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Why does it say at the end of the Video that the video had a Neil Young track but it really had some other stupid-ass shit?

  • @tomtom7773 Well thats what I uploaded then YT block it so I had to audio swap to keep

    my video up.

  • I would think that spraying citrus on the pumpkin would help to preserve it somewhat, just as 7-UP or Mt. Dew prevent an apple from turning brown! WOW I certainly am a wealth of useless facts! Lol :)

  • Wow!!!!!!! ^_^

  • I am absolutely speechless, just amazing work! My favorites were the tribesman and the pumpkin with the brain on top. You sir are a master, and a true treasure to the Halloween community! Thank you so much for putting this video up!

  • amazing art, very very beautiful work,i will try too

  • Makes you want to take up carving...I mean sculpting..but don't think ray hasn't put in many many hours and days to hone his craft..probably started with a bar of soap in the 4th grade ; )

  • You should time-lapse the decay under different colored lights, including black light.

  • great predator pumpkin !

  • This is absolutely amazing!!!!! nice soundtrack too!!!!!

  • search youtube for "The Art of Pumpkin Carving" , cbs piece on ray villafane. my favorite is the indian head. shows some of his sand sculptures too.

  • Супер!!! Какой талантливый!

  • Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us. You have such a gift..I will pass this one to our many children and grand children and who know, maybe it will inspire them! Do you have your sand carvings online somewhere as well?

  • oooooooooo soooo nice

  • Would you ever consider giving lessons? Would love to have you come to our town to do a demonstration and workshop for 2011! Amazing and incredible artistry!

  • omg soooo amazing!!

  • @tahalitamestiza Thanks a lot, yes Ray's work is very amazing.

  • i wish i could do that

  • so cool!

  • how long do they last ? awesome work

  • They can last up to two weeks depending on the pumpkin and what I do to preserve it. I use straight bleach on the inside and clear spray enamel on the outside.

  • An amazing eye for detail and the skill to transfer it onto a pumpkin with carving tools. THAT IS ART!

  • both you and ray were very inspiring in my first 3d attempt. keep up with your talents and projects. signofthemonkey dot blogspot dot

  • Thanks for your input, glad you found inspiration, pumpkin sculpting is cool and fun to do.

  • Actually this video features the work of Ray Villafane, but thanks for for watching.

  • awesome!

  • Thanks for watching dude.

  • Villafane is incredible. I tried my first pumpkin sculpt last week. It was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Turned out decent for a first attempt but you and Villafane are just incredibly good. I gotta keep practicing!

  • Thanks glad you appreciate my work, and yes pratice is really what it takes to get good at this, I've been at it for about 17 years and thats about 30 to 50 pumpkins a year.
