Hi! thank you for this video. It is difficult indeed ! Especially at work, friendships are so shallow and superficial here Now Im46 years old and still hard to have real friends. i got used to it and started to be as rude and cold than others treated me. Especially in the US it has been more difficult to make real friends, people is placed into " boxes" according to their race, social status, income etc. Sight!, make healthy friendships :) So Ill try again your advise.Thank you Salonisawnani.
