humor is subjective, kid. And generally comedy is funny because it surprises you with novelty. Explaining it mostly kills it. But you hear a mundane thought like turtles are fast and maybe think of the old tortoise and the hare story but then he surprises you with a mental image of him outside throwing turtles to prove they're fast, it also gives the audience an astoundingly idiotic character to collectively look down on.
