  • This makes it worse as I cannot lay on my back at all, as I have pain in my shoulder blade, it seems to defy the point of doing it.

  • @feldydancer Good question, I dont know the original ATM AY reference...this lesson came to me by the way of Larry Goldfarb. However, there are similar lessons in the AY volumes..try ATM 45, and ATM 535, and ATM 538...not the same, but a similar context. I'll keep my eyes open for the original reference :)
