Incredible and very helpful. I feel like i got some sort of whiplash in my neck and after trying a few of your lessons i feel much improved. thanks for giving. may you receive in abundance whatever you need, blessings
For years i've had a really bad nerve between my right shoulder blade and spine and have been to 5 acupunchures and physios and never had a quick fix solution till now! Awesome stuff! Thanks!
@johnniwonton1976 That is awesome John! Keep going with the lesson because as you work it more you will find deeper solutions that will get you out of a jam and help to reorganize your shoulders! Good luck brother, keep me in the loop with your progress!!! There are more vids here to help!-Charlie
@gurpalsingh6 Thanks! This is a grrrrreat lesson for expanding the space between your shoulder blades as well as freeing up your scapula! Let me know how you progress and feel free to check the other videos for help!
@feldydancer Good question, I dont know the original ATM AY reference...this lesson came to me by the way of Larry Goldfarb. However, there are similar lessons in the AY volumes..try ATM 45, and ATM 535, and ATM 538...not the same, but a similar context. I'll keep my eyes open for the original reference :)
This makes it worse as I cannot lay on my back at all, as I have pain in my shoulder blade, it seems to defy the point of doing it.
