Definitely miming. Watch any of her other videos and as she hits the higher notes she pulls the mic away (as any singer does) to stop distortion. She doesn't move it at all in this. She rerecorded it and mimed to it,

The lips on the video are slightly out of time to the audio which has been put on top of it. You can also tell that some of the words on the video have a slighty different tone to them on the cd. I was amazed at how good she sounded live BUT you can still tell she's actually singing for real

Don't forget, you're only seeing a tiny part of the show. She didn't lip synch, her Show was truly exeptional, and every body who has seen her Vegas show will agree with me I'm sure.

Las Vegas is NOT the place to lip synch. Entertainers who'd try and do that, could never perform in Vegas again.

People pay LOTS of money to see her show, and Celine performed in Caesars Palace for 5 consecutive years!!
